Designing with seasonal fresh flowers is so gratifying and lifts the soul. Our workshops take into consideration there may be some limitations in the group and we have made adaptations so the experience is enjoyable for everyone.

Kids hands-on workshops are super fun and educational. Our workshops are ideal for ages 7+ depending upon the workshop topic.
Dried Floral Wreath
Design a beautiful spring season wreath. In this workshop, participants will create with fresh greenery and seasonal blooms chosen for their ability to dry naturally, combined with dried florals, seed pods, and textural accents. Private Workshops Details
Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or special group for a creative, hands-on experience with Petals and Stems Market. Our private workshops are designed to make hosting easy—we bring the instruction, materials, tools, setup, and cleanup so you can enjoy the experience alongside your guests.

Private workshops require a minimum of 10 paid participants.

What's Included
Our workshops combine education with hands-on creativity. We begin with instruction, sharing professional techniques, design principles, and helpful tips before guiding your group step-by-step through the featured project.
Your workshop includes:

Complete workshop setup and cleanup

A professionally inspired project for each guest to take home
Refreshments may be added or coordinated depending on the workshop and location.

Group Size
Private workshops require a minimum of 10 paid participants.
Most workshops can accommodate groups of approximately 10–30 guests.
Larger groups and corporate events may also be available—contact us for custom options.
Workshop Location
Have a location?
We can bring the workshop to your home, office, clubhouse, event venue, or other approved location.

Need a location?
We work with select Central Florida businesses and venues and may be able to help you find the perfect setting for your event. Venue fees, food and beverage minimums, or other location charges may apply.

Your Host/Coordinator
Each private workshop has one designated Host or Coordinator who serves as the primary contact for the group.

The Host is responsible for:

Coordinating the group and communicating workshop details

Providing or approving the workshop location
-
Confirming the final number of participants
-
Signing the workshop agreement

Making all payments to Petals and Stems Market
Guests may reimburse or pay the Host directly; however, Petals and Stems Market does not collect individual guest payments for private workshops.

Reserving Your Date
A $100 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your workshop date.
The deposit is applied toward your final workshop balance.
Private workshops may be booked up to six months in advance, based on availability. Your date is not considered reserved until the deposit and required booking information have been received.

Final Guest Count & Payment
Your final guest count and full payment are due 20 days before your workshop.
Petals and Stems Market will provide the Host with an invoice based on the confirmed number of participants, with a minimum charge of 10 participants.
Once the final guest count is submitted and payment is made, materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your event. Therefore, the final guest count cannot be reduced after the 20-day deadline.
Additional guests may be added after the deadline only if space and materials are available.

Cancellations
Because our workshops require advance purchasing of fresh flowers, plants, and specialty materials, all payments become non-refundable 20 days prior to the event.
If an individual guest is unable to attend after the final payment deadline, their workshop fee is non-refundable. When possible, we are happy to prepare their project or package their materials for another guest to take home.
If the Host cancels the entire workshop more than 20 days before the event, the $100 reservation deposit remains non-refundable.

Photographs and/or video are taken at our event. By taking part in our events/workshops you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images that may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Petals and Stems Market including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the event organizer or Petals and Stems Market when setting up your event.
