Workshops Includes:

Petals and Stems Market brings the workshop experience to your site/location or we can organize a location for your group of 10 or more.    

 

As an educator, I get so excited to share knowledge and over 40 years of experience in my workshops.  The first half of the class is education – sharing information, tips and tricks, and instruction. 

 

Then as a group we dive in together, for the hands-on adventure.   I  provide top quality flower and plant materials which means the end project will be at a professional standard.   I do all the set-up and clean-up, and provide all the materials and tools needed to complete a fantastic project.  We take the stress out hosting an event.

Attendees receive:

• Education from experienced instructors and Informational hand-outs of the covered topic 

• Create a project – all supplies needed for the project are provided -incredible array of  flowers or plants, project materials, containers,  and use of tools.

• Refreshments - optional

How many attendees?:

Private group is a minimum of 10 attendees.   We can do up to 25-30 for an event. 

 

Location for the Workshops: 

Have One: We can come to you for a private event of 10 or more paying attendees.   

Need One: If you need a location, we have teamed with local businesses in Central Florida to provide a fun creative environment to hold our Workshops.

Secure Your Date: 

To secure your date is $100.00 non-refundable deposit, that will go towards your final balance. 

We book private events up to 6 months out.

Payment: 

This is a Private Event - as the Coordinator, you are responsible for payment for your group. 

It is $100.00 non-refundable to save your date.  That will go towards your final balance.

Petals and Stems will send a contract and invoice, indicating the number of attendees the contracting for, is sent to the Coordinator for payment.   For a private event, our minimum is 8 attendees. 

 

Payment is due in full 20 days prior to the event date.   This means if this is a private group of friends, they will need to send the coordinator the money.  

​

Since a majority of our workshops involve live product and specific materials purchased for your event, cancelation after 20 days in non-refundable for the full amount.   If an attendee has to cancel, that is also a non-refundable, but we can try to make the project for them or an attendee can take the materials to them to still create.
